	Terms and Conditions of this Bidding Process
	Terms and conditions applicable to The Antique Wine Company Auction Season. The Antique Wine Company’s normal terms and conditions as set out on www.antique-wine.com apply and are supplemented by the following additional terms and conditions relating to the bidding process for The Antique Wine Company Auction Season. Bidding is open to pre-approved clients only. To enter a bid for the collection clients should request a username from The Antique Wine Company. Usernames will be forwarded within 24 hours of the request being received. Bids entered by clients represent an order subject to acceptance by The Antique Wine Company who will, in the event of the price being to the satisfaction of The Company confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the "Confirmation"). A bid is considered your commitment to buy. If you win an auction, you have agreed to buy the wine. If you feel your bid was accepted accidentally then please contact us immediately. The Antique Wine Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any bid and to advance the bidding in such a manner as it sees fit. The Antique Wine Company has the right to set a confidential minimum reserve price below which the item can be withdrawn from sale. Bidding will be in increments as specified in the details for the individual lot. Bids may be either entered by clients directly on the bidding pages of the The Antique Wine Company Auction Season site or may be communicated by other means to The Company in which case they shall be entered by The Company on the clients behalf; provided however, neither The Company nor its staff shall be responsible for any failure to enter or any error in entering such bids. Subject to fulfilment of all the conditions set forth herein, the highest bidder accepted by the Antique Wine Company will be the Buyer and the issuing of the company’s invoice shall mark the acceptance of the "final bid" and the conclusion of a contract for sale between the Seller and the Buyer. All registered bidders will then be informed of the conclusion of the bidding process. The Antique Wine Company reserves the right to modify the specifics of any auction, including end date and items offered. In some cases, we may withdraw an item that is not receiving bids or add items. The Antique Wine Company reserves the right to modify the Auction Rules at any time and without notice. Such changes will of course be notified to registered bidders.
